Return Policy
- FLOW Jewelry reserve the right to accept return or exchange.
- If an item is faulty, damaged from shipping, wrongly described or different from the purchase confirmation, you can be returned within 7 days. we will exchange it, and deliver a new item to you without charge. The items must be in the ready-to-sell condition or damaged from shipping (Ready-to-sell condition means the condition of the items has not changed or damaged brand tags has to remain in the package of that items in the same condition that company delivers to the customers)

การส่งคืนสินค้า
- FLOW Jewelry มีนโยบายในการไม่รับคืนสินค้า เปลี่ยนสินค้า หรือคืนเงินให้แก่ลูกค้าที่ได้ทำรายการสั่งซื้อสินค้าเรียบร้อยแล้ว
- ในกรณีที่สินค้ามีความเสียหายหรือสูญหายจากการขนส่ง สินค้าไม่ตรงกับที่ทำรายการสั่งซื้อ หรือสินค้ามีตำหนิ ลูกค้าสามารถแจ้งส่งคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้รับสินค้า โดยทาง FLOW Jewelry จะรีบดำเนินการส่งสินค้าให้ท่านใหม่ทันทีโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ หลังจากที่ทาง FLOW Jewelry ได้รับสินค้าในสภาพสมบรูณ์ หรือในสภาพที่เสียหายจากการขนส่ง
- FLOW Jewelry ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขได้ทุกเวลาโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
